A catheter is a thin tube used in medical applications that is inserted into the body. In next-generation catheters, there has been a challenge with an increase in signal lines, which cannot be accommodated within traditional ultra-fine wire cables. Our company has addressed this challenge by developing a low-resistance long-length FPC for catheters. By using FPC, it becomes possible to fit many signal lines within the catheter.
